I bought this particular card for my daughter-in-law this card, who is German and love love loves Dachshunds. I intend to mount it in a frame before I send it to her.
The service I received was first class. I was given all the information I needed regarding tracking and receiving it. Arrived very quickly and looks exactly like the picture. The quality and sharpness of the print is excellent. Very happy with the total experience. Would recommend the site and plan to use it in the future.

Thank you for getting in touch and for your order.
We have checked with Royal Mail and we can confirm that the order was despatched on the 24/11/20 and is in transit to yourself in the US.
There are varying degrees of delay with both national and international mail services at the current time due to Covid-19 and occasionally, deliveries take over two weeks to the US and North America so hopefully the cards will be with you in the near future.
If this is not the case however, then feel free to drop us a message via one of the methods on our contact page and we will arrange to either resend the items or issue you with a full refund.
