From there, we will package your items using our Eco-aware services to ensure we minimise any environmental impact to the best of our abilities.
Finally, we apply the finishing touches and add a sprinkle of love before transferring your parcel into the capable hands of our delivery services.
Through years of experimentation and working with multiple fulfilment companies, we have refined our packaging services to ensure you get the finest quality products and experience with minimum impact on the environment.
Every order is expertly handled and packaged by our fulfilment team using top quality materials to ensure safe and secure delivery of your items.
Should any item arrive damaged then please let us know using any of the contact links on the page and we will act to ensure a swift and effortless resolution.
After every purchase, the appropriate documentation and details of your order will be sent through to the email address provided, including an invoice.
These documents provide all the relevant information and legal requirements for fulfilling your order and will also include links to track your items during the delivery process.

All our prints use the Giclée printing process which is by far, the most superior method of producing archival quality prints.
The pigment based inks and acid-free paper are of the finest quality and this, combined with the methodology used during production, guarantees consistency and stablility spanning the lifetime of the print.
Other printing methods are subject to degradation over time, with changes in colour, quality and longevity being the most prevalent.
Giclée printing ensures that the piece will always remain at the highest quality and is the same process used by museums and galleries as it is the most stable method of printing and will retain it’s quality over decades.
An investment for the future; on display in average environment and out of direct sunlight, Giclée prints have an estimated lifetime of ~60 years and in a controlled environment can easily span over 100+ years!
Our greetings cards are created by an FSC Certified service and are printed on high quality, heavy GSM card designed to stand securely and gracefully upon your surfaces.
Captured on a semi gloss surface designed for digital presses, this production method displays rich, crisp colours and definition without compromising on the texture and inherent details of the artwork.
Designed with longevity in mind, you can rest assured knowing that these memories will be about for years to come!

First Editions are the first ever copies created of a work and therefore are the most sought after and rarest prints. The best choice for collectors and guaranteed to increase their resale value, these exclusive, hand-signed prints are generally limited to 300-500 copies and once sold, will never return!
Due to popular demand, we have introduced Second and Third Editions into our roster to ensure that no one will miss out on a work they adore, however these are printed at the discretion of Watkins Prints and are not guaranteed.
All works are unique originals and any unauthorised reproductions will breach our Copyright terms.
Any purchases of works created by Watkins Prints which are not made at a domain or subdomain of https://watkinsprints.co.uk cannot be verified as authentic and are therefore not covered by our policies.
Every one of our prints comes with an unique Certificate of Authenticy.
This certificate is logged by our system and denotes the Edition, Print Number, Date of Commission and Artist’s Signature.
It is essential that your retain this document as this provides proof that the work is legitimate.
Guard this certificate with your life as the works are a future investment and without the ability to provide authentication, the prints are unable to hold their value.
Due to the sheer volume of requests and the vast amount of time it takes to do individual commissions, we are unable to feasibly offer this as service.
We are however, working on a range of products which you’ll be able to personalise using mixes of breeds, multiple dogs, text etc.
This will allow you to create a unique design and will be perfect for gifts or special occasions to which you’d like to add a personal touch.

We don’t condone the unauthorised bulk purchase and/or resale of our works through either first or third party services and abuse of this system is a violation of our Terms & Conditions.

Preorder our new stock before release to ensure that you receive your copy!
As we release many limited edition works, it is wise to secure our exclusive products before they sell out as there will likely not be a chance to order again.
We generally take preorders for 7 days in advance of the launch to provide everyone with a chance to secure their own Watkins Prints piece.
Also click the link in the top bar to join the Collector’s Circle to ensure that you are the first to know about any future releases so you’ll never miss out on the chance to have your own limited edition print.
A backorder is an order for one of our works that is currently unavailable or awaiting order.
Please be aware that although we try our best to receive new stock as frequently as possible, the order times for backorders may vary due to demand and unforeseen circumstances.
If you need an item that is unavailable urgently then please get in touch and we will try our best to make suitable arrangements.
Delivery & Returns
All of our items are shipped via Royal Mail’s 24 Service which aim to deliver by the next working day in the UK.
For Europe, it is an estimated three to five working days and for the Rest of the World, five to seven working days.
In our experience, delivery is generally prompt and arrives on the faster end of the estimates.
As we are an independent business, we aim to dispatch all of our products within 48 hours of purchase and we always strive to provide the most efficient and reliable service possible.
Please note that to ensure safe delivery, some items are packaged separately and therefore may arrive at different times.
At the current time we deliver all of our items through Royal Mail, utilising their online service and API called ‘Click & Drop’.
This service ensures a swift and reliable delivery with secure online cataloguing managed by one of the worlds best postal providers.
Every order receives a unique barcode printed directly on the label which contains far more information than most services, so on the very rare occasion that an issue may occur, the resolution is always hassle free.
All deliveries are also insured by Royal Mail and we will always cover the excess should the need arise, so you can shop knowing you’re in safe hands!

In the rare event that your order is lost, damaged or encounters other issues then feel free to contact us via the methods in your order documentation and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

If, for whatever reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase then let us know and we will do our best to resolve the request as efficiently as possible.
Upon receipt of the returned item/s, and provided that they are in pristine condition, we will process the full refund back into your account, including any delivery fees that you may have incurred.

We use the leading the payment systems and accept either PayPal, PayPal Smart Pay or Stripe payments which cover a wide range of local and international payment options.
These platforms also enable you to pay via services including (but not limited to) VISA Debit, Credit Card, Mastercard and American Express and we believe that by providing as much payment flexibilty as possible, you can always feel confident that your purchases are protected and secure by the finance industry leaders.
Here at Watkins Prints, we take data security and anonymity very seriously.
Our servers are protected by CloudFlare, the top security and CDN service in the world, employing a custom 128-bit SSL Certificate using the latest 1.3 TLS.
Essentially, you can sleep with ease knowing that your personal information is locked behind layers of algorithms and cyphers designed specifically to be unbreakable by modern computers.
We will never sell, distribute or exchange your information with any third party service, or anyone at all for that matter and you will always have complete control over your data and the rights encompassing it through our Data Protection Services.
Our main passion in life is dogs and subsequently, nature.
We are very aware of the impact that providing professional services has on the environment and we have spent countless hours trying to minimise our addition to this issue.
All of our cards are created by an FSC Certified service, our cardboard is made from 100% recycled materials and the little plastic which we have to use (to properly protect the items from a multitude of potential damages) is 100% biodegradeable and is obtained from responsible sources.
We have managed to do away with the need for any superfluous plastics and items in the packaging process and have streamlined delivery to even reduce the carbon emissions which our delivery services produce.
Despite being an independent business, we do all that we can to give back to the world as our main goal in life is simply happiness and harmony throughout.
We have set up a foundation called ‘Megs Trust’ with the aim to provide support and care to dogs and animals which need it and more importantly, to address the issues which these situations derive from so we can stop them at the source.
For every order made, we will donate £1 to ‘Megs Trust’, 100% of which will go to dog charities with the aim of making the world a better place.
Alongside this, we work regularly with other charities, donating our products and services to others who share our values and goals so we can have a greater reach and therefore global impact.
If you’d like to be a part of the solution, there is an option to add £1 (or even more) to your order which goes directly into the foundation. (Our tech wizard is working on this and we will keep you updated with the news!)
We always welcome the sharing of our works provided that reference is made to ‘Watkins Prints’ wherever possible during the use and/or publication of the items in question.
You must also provide a link to the website (https://watkinsprints.co.uk) or a link to a specific product if applicable.
By creating any publication with reference to ‘Watkins Prints’ or containing items owned by ‘Watkins Prints’, you accept that ‘Watkins Prints’ has full access to, and usage rights for, said content without licence or restriction.
Failure to abide by or adhere to any of these requirements is a violation of our Terms & Conditions.
We aim to get back to all enquiries within 24 hours and generally achieve this, however on occasion our correspondence may take slightly longer as we are still building our dedicated customer service team.
